UK Delivery details

For all UK orders, we strive to deliver within the stated time frame. However, these time frames are only estimates. During peak trading periods, unforeseen external factors may occasionally cause slight delays. We will always keep you informed of any significant delays.

Express delivery important information: This is available for orders placed before 1 pm between Monday and Thursday. If you place your order between Friday and Sunday and select Express delivery, it will be processed the following Tuesday.

  • During The Championships: Due to the volume of orders received during the two weeks of The Championships additional checks will be in place which could delay your order.

  • Personalised Items: Items requiring personalisation may take an extra 3 days before they are ready to be despatched.

How to Return Your Items:

1. Register Your Return: Before sending your items back, ensure you have registered your return using the link above.

2. Prepare Your Package: Please return your items in suitable packaging to prevent any damage during transit. Be sure to include the following inside your package:

  • Your full name.

  • Your order number.

  • The items you are returning.

  •  Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.

Postal Charges Relating to a Refund or Exchange

  • Customers are responsible for all shipping costs of returning products to The Wimbledon Shop for either a refund or store credit. 

  • On receipt of a faulty item we will enquiry a clear evidence of where the fault is owed to the manufacturer. The Wimbledon Shop will provide the customer with a pre-paid label to return the faulty item. The Wimbledon Shop will not cover the cost of additional packaging for returns.

  • If an item is returned in a resaleable condition for a refund or store credit:The customer is responsible forthe return shipping cost and, in case of an exchange, the delivery charge for the new order.

  • Exchanges: We are unfortunately unable to process exchanges but will issue the equivalent store credit to your myWimbledonaccount, so you can place an order for the new item.
    For us to do so, if you do not have one already, please create a MyWimbledon account here, which will then be credited with the returned product value.
    Once the items are received an inspected by our warehouse team we will issue the store credit and notify you via email.

International Delivery details

Delivery options available: For international delivery, we offer both express and standard shipping options through DHL. If express delivery is not shown at checkout, it means this option is unavailable for your specific country or location.

Important information: For international express delivery, orders must be placed by 12 PM, Monday to Thursday. Orders placed between Friday and Sunday will be processed on the next working day.

Cost of the delivery:

Delivery Charges: All items are shipped from our warehouse in the UK. Delivery charges vary based on the destination and chosen delivery option. The exact price will be displayed at checkout

Duties and Taxes information:At checkout, you will either see the final price inclusive of all duties and taxes or, in certain locations, taxes need to be prepaid. If you choose not to prepay, any applicable duties and taxes must be paid upon delivery. The Wimbledon Shop is not liable for these costs or for any additional charges should the final costs exceed the estimated amount provided at checkout.

Any duties and taxes paid are non-refundable on product returns. A refund will be actioned once the order is received by the AELTC.

The value processed will be for the purchased goods only and will only include shipping charges if the order is marked as return to sender.

For international returns, we offer a pre-paid DHL label option, where the return shipping cost is automatically deducted from your refund. We recommend using this option, as our agreement with DHL provides a discounted rate, and DHL handles all necessary customs documentation for a smoother process.

  • If you choose to return an item using a courier of your choice, you must ensure that the customs paperwork is completed correctly and marked as British Return Goods. If the parcel is held at customs due to missing information, AELTC will not be responsible for handling customs clearance or covering any associated costs.
  • On receipt of a faulty item, we willrequire the customer to provide clear evidencethat the fault is due to manufacturer error. The Wimbledon Shop will provide the customer with a pre-paid label to return the faulty item. The Wimbledon Shop will not cover the cost of additional packaging for returns.
  • Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges. Instead, we will issue a refund, and customers can place a new order if they wish to replace an item.

International customers & Overseas orders

Please note: The Wimbledon Shop will provide complete transparency around the final costs of purchase. The total cost at checkout, including duties and taxes will be the final price the customer will be charged, unless the customer, given the option, chooses to not pre-pay duties and taxes prior to shipping. If the customer chooses to pay any duties and taxes on receipt, The Wimbledon Shop is not liable for these costs should they be higher than stated at checkout. 

Any duties and taxes paid are non-refundable on product returns. A refund will be actioned once the order is receipted by the AELTC and the value processed will be for the purchased goods only and will only include shipping charges if the order is returned in totality.

RETURNS

 

Returns Policy

Unsuitable goods purchased via shop.wimbledon.com can be returned for a refund within 30 days of purchase. The item must be returned in a resaleable condition, with all tags still attached and in its original packaging. In the case of apparel and clothing accessories, the garment must be unworn.

Faulty merchandise can be returned for refund within a reasonable amount of time. All items must be accompanied by proof of purchase (eg Order Number) and all exchanges are subject to availability.

The following product is not eligible for refund, unless faulty, owing to issues of hygiene:

  • Earrings
  • Socks
  • Undershorts
  • Personalised items

The AELTC has the right to refuse a return or refund should the customer not notify  them the intention to return the item(s) within 14 days of receipt of the item. Following notification, the customer has a further 14 days to return the product(s) to the AELTC. 

Goods purchased from shop.wimbledon.com may be returned to the physical Wimbledon Shop on site at the All England Lawn Tennis Club if they fit the above parameters. 

 

Returns Process

If you are unhappy with your item, please follow the below process to return the product to us:

For Domestic Orders:

  1. Register your return via our ‘Returns Form’ page.
  2. Once you submit your return, we will automatically send you a confirmation email, with the address to which your items should be returned.
  3. Return your parcel, preferably in the original packaging the product was sent in - our boxes have reseal strips for this purpose. You will be responsible for the cost of postage. Should the product be identified as faulty on inspection, the returns cost will be reimbursed along with the cost of the product when the refund is processed. You can send the item back using a carrier of your choice, however, we highly recommend using a tracked service. The AELTC are not liable for any loss, damage or theft and any costs incurred will not be reimbursed.
  4. Where an item is received faulty and evidence is provided by the customer, a pre-paid Royal Mail Shipping label will be provided. 
  5. Refunds will land in your account, within 15 business days of the product being received, if eligible.

For International Orders:

  1. Register your return via our ’International Returns Form’ page.
  2. Once you submit your return, we will automatically send you a confirmation email, with the address to which your items should be returned.
  3. Return your parcel, preferably in the original packaging the product was sent in - our boxes have reseal strips for this purpose. You have the option to use a pre-paid returns label, the value of which will be deducted from the refunded amount. Should the product be identified as faulty on inspection, the returns cost will be reimbursed along with the cost of the product when the refund is processed. You can send the item back using a carrier of your choice, however, we highly recommend using a tracked service. The AELTC are not liable for any loss, damage or theft and any costs incurred will not be reimbursed.
  4. For international returns, mark your parcel “return goods”, or it may get held up at customs.
  5. Refunds (less any import taxes and duties and postage cost if pre-paid label is used) will land in your account, within 15 business days of the product being received, if eligible.

 

Refunds

Products purchased via shop.wimbledon.com can be refunded within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a refund the item must be returned in a resaleable condition, with all tags still attached and in its original packaging. In the case of apparel and clothing accessories, the garment must be unworn.

Faulty merchandise may be eligible for refund within a reasonable amount of time.

Refunds will be processed onto the same card used for the original purchase. Refunds can take upto 15 business days to be processed. 

The following product is not eligible for refund, unless faulty, owing to issues of hygiene:

Exchanges

If the item does not meet your expectations and you wish to exchange for another, please select "store credit" when submitting your return via our "Returns form" page. Please note: If you do not have one already, you will need to register for a MyWimbledon account first. Your account will be credited with the value of the returned items and this can be redeemed against your replacement order.

We do not offer exchanges for overseas orders. A refund will be processed upon receipt of the returned product.

The following product is not exchangeable, unless faulty, owing to issues of hygiene:

  • On receipt of a faulty item enquiry and evidence where the fault owes to manufacture, The Wimbledon Shop will provide the customer with a pre-paid label for returns shipping. The Wimbledon Shop will not reimburse alternative packaging costs for returns owing to dispatch packaging having reseal strips for this purpose. 
  • On receipt of an item for refund or store credit, where this is received in saleable condition, the cost of the both return and re-delivery is to be borne by the customer.
