Materials & Care

100% Cotton

  • Fabric conditioners can leave your towels feeling soft, however overuse will reduce absorbency. Try to limit use of conditioners on your towels to extend their life.
  • Pulled threads will occur if caught on a sharp object.
  • Official Wimbledon towels are woven jacquard in their construction which means that pulled threads won't run.
  • To avoid pulled threads, we recommend washing separately to garments that contain zips or hooks.
  • Avoid contact with bleach and other surface or bathroom cleaners that may remove the colour from your towels permanently.
  • Separate light from dark colours when washing. With darker and brighter colours, you may find that some excess dyes wash out during the first few washes.
