CHEST: Keeping tape measure level, measure around chest just below underarm

NECK: Keeping tape measure level, wrap the tape around the neck, resting lightly on the skin, at the height the collar would usually rest

SLEEVE: Place one end of the measuring tape at the base of the center of the back of the neck. Run the measuring tape over your shoulder, and let it hang down to your hand.

WAIST: Keeping tape measure level, measure around natural waistline
